The Role
As a Qualified Building Surveyor, you will work across a wide range of Building Surveying tasks for institutional, private, and commercial clients. Your duties will include:
- Project management
- Design and specification work
- Schedule of condition and dilapidations
- Acquisition surveys and building pathology
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Party wall advice
- General property consultancy
You’ll be working across a range of locations, including London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, and Oxfordshire, with hybrid working options available.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with previous experience in a similar role. You’ll have a strong foundation in the core areas of Building Surveying and the ability to work independently while managing client relationships.
Other key requirements include:
- Based within commuting distance of Stevenage (with hybrid working flexibility)
- Strong IT skills and excellent communication
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
- A genuine interest in a long-term position with growth potential
