Our client, a bespoke design and build company based in West London, is currently seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to undertake measured surveys of existing properties and sites, condition surveys, and ideally have the ability to prepare a Revit model on the basis of this. As a third-party recruiter, we are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:
Skills and Experience:
• Recent Graduate with RICS accredited Building Surveying degree • Some previous building surveying (or equivalent) experience would be preferred • Excellent organisational skills • Experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with clients/customers is an advantage • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to establish trust and develop effective working relationships • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Professional and positive approach • Ability to work as part of a team or on their own • Ability to use own initiative and work pro-actively • Self-motivated • Flexible attitude to work
In this role, you will be expected to conduct site surveys, prepare detailed condition reports and drawings, and work alongside project managers and architects. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in Revit and contribute to the design process.
