Our client is looking for a Graduate Planner to join their growing team in South Wales! This is an excellent opportunity to get your career in Town Planning started.
What you need:
- Geography Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to analyse complex data.
- Solid report writing skills.
Daily Duties include:
- Strategic planning and land promotion
- Dealing with enforcement appeals
- Working on planning applications
- Providing planning advice to clients
- Dealing with appeals and negotiations
Our client is offering the successful applicant flexible working hours and excellent company benefits. Along with a great starting salary between £22k and £25k.
