As a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll be immersed in exciting projects!  Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, development, and policy, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications.
• Conduct site appraisals, research, and feasibility studies.
• Work closely with senior planners on strategic urban development projects.
• Engage with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about planning laws, policies, and emerging trends.

About You

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate with:

• A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, Geography, or a related field (RTPI accreditation or working towards it is desirable).
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A keen interest in urban planning, sustainability, and development.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
