We are delighted to be working with our client in Manchester who are currently looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join their ever-growing team. Our client is an award-winning independent consultancy and are offering the successful candidate an excellent starting salary between £21,000 and £25,000.
What you need:
- RTPI accredited degree or are currently working towards this.
- Some experience in the planning industry although not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to analyse complex data.
- Solid report writing skills.
Daily Duties include:
- Strategic planning and land promotion
- Dealing with enforcement appeals
- Working on planning applications
- Providing planning advice to clients
- Dealing with appeals and negotiations
