What you need:
- RTPI accredited degree or are working towards this.
- Experience in the planning industry, although not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities will include:
- Strategic planning and land promotion
- Enforcement appeals
- Working on planning applications
- Providing planning advice to clients
- Dealing with appeals and negotiations
