My client is currently on the lookout for a Graduate Town Planner to join their team in their Swansea office. The company have offices across Wales and are looking to expand their thriving Swansea team. As a Graduate Town Planner your duties will include:
- Prepare planning applications, including planning statements.
- Undertake research and analysis
- Appraisal of new development opportunities
- Assemble reports and presentations
- Undertake site visits
- Attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders
