I am delighted to be working with an excellent Town Planning Consultancy based in Bristol who are looking for a Planner to join their growing and successful team. Are you looking to take the next step in your Town Planning career? This is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Planner your duties will include:
- Undertaking policy research
- Carrying out planning appraisals for clients prior to acquisition of a site
- Drafting planning statements and pre-application letters
- Submitting applications on the planning portal
- Monitoring planning applications.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- An RTPI accredited Town Planning degree
- Experience in Town Planning
Our client is offering the successful applicant an excellent starting salary between £25k- £32k.
