About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Ensure projects comply with planning legislation and environmental policies.
- Conduct site assessments and deliver expert planning advice.
- Support the development of sustainable strategies for York’s growth.
About You
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accreditation is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A passion for sustainable development and urban planning.
