A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner to add quality established Planning & Development Consultancy. Our client has a very strong reputation in providing planning and development consultancy across the Midlands and are currently looking to grow the team size in their Derbyshire office.
Working out of a Derby team, you will provide services in Strategic and Development planning to private sector clients located across the Midlands.
The majority of our client’s work is focussed around the commercial and residential sectors, therefore applicants with a working knowledge in this area would be favourable. This will ideally be demonstrated with at least 5 years’ professional planning experience (public or private sector suitable). A full, clean UK driving licence and RTPI membership will also be expected.
Our client is looking to promote CPD within the business, therefore this post would particularly suit Senior Planners with the ambition to grow their own network and develop into a Principal/Associate Planner within an organisation.
The salary accompanying this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience.
