What You'll Do:
- Manage complex planning applications and appeals.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead site appraisals, feasibility studies, and project strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Planning or a related field.
- MRTPI or working towards chartered status.
- Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within a consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning systems and legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
