Key Responsibilities
As a Town Planner, you will:

  • Work on a range of exciting projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and public realm developments.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to deliver successful planning applications.
  • Contribute to the preparation of planning documents, reports, and appeals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on planning legislation and policy.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a planning role, either within the private or public sector.
  • Strong understanding of UK planning regulations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
